What helps a useful reply
When you report an unexpected result, the following details make diagnosis much faster:
- The exact URL you entered (including https and any path).
- Which crawler result looked wrong, and what you believe the correct behaviour should be.
- Whether you control the site and recently changed robots.txt, CDN rules, or a security plugin.
- Any public documentation from the crawler operator that you are comparing against.
- Approximate time of the check (UTC) if the behaviour seems intermittent.
Movio does not provide legal, security or business advice. Questions about whether you should allow a particular crawler are ultimately policy decisions for the site owner; the tool only reports what the two access layers currently do. For a framework that helps with that decision, see the guide Should you allow AI crawlers on your website?.
Response time and scope
This is a small independent project. Replies are usually sent within a few days. Urgent security reports (for example, a way to probe private addresses or bypass the SSRF protections) are prioritised.
We do not offer custom development, white-label versions, or paid “priority support” packages. Feature requests that make the public reports clearer or safer are considered on their merits.
